Job Title: SAP Technical Recruiter

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting top talent within the SAP ecosystem, particularly in technical roles. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to identify and attract candidates with the right skills and experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top SAP talent for technical positions, including developers, architects, consultants, and administrators.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
  • Build and maintain a network of SAP professionals, fostering long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in SAP technologies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for SAP technical recruiting.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting SAP professionals, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Deep understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting SAP technical talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
