Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Talent

Required Experience

• 10+ years of HR Technology or HRIS consulting experience.
• 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum four full-cycle global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience across multiple Talent modules.
• 5+ years of Talent Module Integrations Design, implementation and Support
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and global talent processes.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning, career development, and compensation processes.

Required Expertise

Strong experience in:

• Succession & Development

In addition, expertise in at least one of the following:
