Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) Process Expert with strong expertise in
SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end O2C implementations, template design, plant rollouts, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Rollouts
- Lead end-to-end SAP O2C S/4HANA implementations and rollout projects.
- Design and manage process templates across SAP projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and align local requirements with global templates.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution design and build.
- Define data migration strategy including field mapping and transformation rules.
- Validate sample and mass data uploads (Sales Orders, Pricing, Invoices, Business Partner, Material Master).
- Support Integration Testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Execute and support cutover activities.
- Provide hypercare support post go-live.
- Conduct user training sessions and create reusable project documentation.
Integration & Functional Expertise
- Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI, and WM/EWM modules.
- Ensure data consistency and end-to-end process efficiency.
- Support plant-level template adoption and localization.
- Develop functional specifications aligned with business requirements.
Process Improvement Activities
- Analyze business requests and support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate scope and functional design.
- Coordinate with technical teams for unit testing and implementation.
- Mentor junior and senior consultants to enhance project competency.
Planning & Collaboration
- Manage project timelines aligned with roadmap milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business users).
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Resolve conflicts within project teams during implementations.
Must-Have Skills- 7+ years of experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3.
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing & Billing
- Business Partner & Master Data
- Data Migration & Cutover
- Integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM
- Experience in conducting workshops, UAT, and training sessions.
- Strong fit-gap analysis and rollout experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech.
