Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SD module to meet client specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, and billing.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends and enhancements to recommend improvements.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP SD module.
- Proven experience in SAP configuration and customization.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex business problems using SAP SD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
- Certifications in SAP SD or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP SD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
