Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP SD Consultant who will be responsible for managing
end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes, implementing solutions, handling complex configurations, and supporting business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in
SAP SD implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Configure and customize SAP SD components including Pricing, Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, Billing, Shipping, Deliveries, Credit Management, and Rebates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) to ensure seamless integration.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for developments.
- Perform system testing, support UAT, prepare documentation, and conduct end-user training.
- Resolve complex incidents, analyze recurring issues, and propose permanent solutions.
- Manage SD master data including customer master, material master, pricing conditions, and credit limits.
- Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations, S/4HANA features, and SD best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Deep knowledge of Pricing Procedures, Taxation, Credit Management, Output Types, and Partner Determination.
- Experience with integration across FI, MM, PP, and WM modules.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA SD (added advantage).
- Ability to independently handle client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
