Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to manage and support end-to-end OTC processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management, along with a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP.
- Handle Sales Order Management, including order creation, processing, and tracking.
- Configure and maintain Pricing using Condition Technique.
- Oversee Delivery processing, including shipping and logistics execution.
- Manage Billing processes, including invoice generation and issue resolution.
- Work on Credit Management to monitor and control customer credit limits and risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system optimization.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and user training activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SD module with focus on OTC processes.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing (Condition Technique)
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing
- Credit Management
- Good understanding of SAP integrations (SD-FI, SD-MM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in S/4 HANA is an added advantage.
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation or support projects.
- SAP certification in SD is a plus.
