About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) module to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of end-to-end sales processes, order-to-cash cycles, pricing, and billing, with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations. This role requires excellent client interaction, configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD module (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit & Debit Memo Processing).
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and convert them into functional specifications.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
- Ensure smooth integration of SD with MM, FI/CO, PP modules.
- Work on pricing procedures, rebates, and discount structures.
- Support order-to-cash (OTC) processes including sales order management, delivery, and billing.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and training sessions for end users.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for developments and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Expertise in Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates, and Billing.
- Experience with SD integration to FI/CO, MM, and PP.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
