- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong functional knowledge of OTC processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations and building third-party interfaces.
- Good understanding of SAP module integration points (MM, PP, QM, FICO, etc.).
- Proven experience working with RICEFW objects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Configure and enhance SAP SD (OTC) modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze system and process issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and SAP teams to design solutions aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Support S/4HANA implementation projects, including interface development and integration with third-party systems.
- Manage the development and testing of RICEFW objects.
- Ensure smooth integration of SD with other SAP modules including MM, PP, QM, and FICO.
- Demonstrate expertise in outbound logistics execution, 3PL integration, shipping, and customer returns processes.
- Provide postgo-live support and participate actively in implementation life cycles.
