Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of business requirements within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. The role involves leading the SD function, delivering end-to-end SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD team and drive O2C function across projects
- Understand business requirements and design SAP SD solutions (document types, number ranges, pricing procedures, pricing conditions, returns, and rebilling)
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on business requirements
- Work on BRF+ (Business Rules Framework Plus) and RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) integration
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprinting to go-live)
- Handle business change requests and enhancements in existing solutions
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and support UAT/SIT cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Controlling
- Ensure delivery within Agile project environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, defect resolution)
Must-Have Skill Set
- 810 years of experience in SAP SD / O2C domain
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration (pricing, billing, returns, document types, number ranges)
- Proven experience as SD Lead in full lifecycle SAP implementations/rollouts
- Strong understanding of O2C processes and commercial business flows
- Expertise in requirement gathering and mapping to SAP solutions
- Experience in Business Blueprinting and Functional Documentation
- Knowledge of RAR integration and BRF+
- Experience working in Agile environments (SIT, UAT, defect handling, sprint cycles)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Skill Set
- Exposure to S/4HANA and ECC environments
- Basic ABAP debugging skills for issue analysis
- Experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling integration areas
- Experience in test planning, key user training, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
