Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with over 10 years
of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will
possess a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven
track record in successfully delivering SAP SD projects.
- Provide expert-level consultancy on SAP SD module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and propose SAP SD solutions that streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, and PP, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and fellow team members.
- Perform system testing, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
- Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing SAP SD configurations.
- Keep abreast of SAP updates, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Hands on experience in SD processes along with integration knowledge of MM , PP is a must .
- Should be able to independently handle the requirements from the customer and should be able to lead the project.
- EDI knowledge is a added advantage
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD, including multiple full-cycle implementations and support projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, pricing procedures, sales processes, and integration with logistics and finance modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales, order management, delivery, billing, and customer service.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into SAP SD solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- SAP certification in SD module is highly desirable.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
