Position Overview

We are seeking a senior CCM (Condition Contract Management) S/4HANA Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end CCM solutions as part of global SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs.

The role requires deep hands-on configuration expertise, strong business process knowledge, and proven experience working in complex, integrated S/4HANA landscapes with multiple workstreams and external systems.

The consultant will act as a functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to design, build, test, and deploy scalable CCM solutions aligned with global templates and regional requirements.

Important Requirement: Candidates must have 10+ years of experience working on multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and 6+ years of dedicated CCM experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on support are not being considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA SD Solution Design & Delivery

• Configure Condition Contract Management (CCM), including contract creation, settlement, and accruals.
• Drive AS-IS / TO-BE process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
• Work on rebates, chargebacks, settlement documents, and event-based settlements.
• Work on OTC (Order to Cash) and MTO (Market to Order) / Sales and Distribution-related configurations and WRICEF.
• Configure and support core SD components, including:
• Sales documents, item categories, and schedule lines
• Pricing, condition records, access sequences, and pricing procedures
• Output management
• Copy controls and partner determination
• Billing, including invoices, credit/debit memos, and pro forma billing
• Interfaces connected with OTC workstreams

Advanced S/4HANA SD Capabilities

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with aATP (Advanced Available to Promise) is preferred.
• Experience working with Business Partner, Fiori applications, and new features available in SAP S/4HANA.

Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration

Work closely with:

• FI/CO teams on account determination, revenue posting, settlement, and tax integration.
• Connected application teams on interfaces linked to external applications.

Build, Test & Deployment

• Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDD/FSD) and interface specifications.
• Support and lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for WRICEF developments.
• Ensure adherence to global template standards while supporting local legal and business requirements.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Act as a trusted functional advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Coordinate with partners, offshore/onshore teams, and regional business users.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for AMS and support teams.
• Support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD experience.
• 6+ years of dedicated Condition Contract Management (CCM) experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA SD implementation experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Dedicated delivery experience within CCM; candidates focused primarily on support are not preferred.
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
