Job Description

  • SAP RE-FX configuration and testing in the areas of SAP Real Estate Management Processes in multiple systems.
  • Experience in Real Estate lease out contract management, billing, correspondence and master data configurations in SAP
  • Configuration of relevant settings for Business Partner in RE.
  • Experience of working on SAP Real Estate Enhancements.
  • Workflow settings for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects.
  • Implementation of SAP REFX IFRS solution
  • Knowledge on Integration of RE-FX with non-SAP systems
  • Experience of Implementation of document management system/Any Content Server for SAP REFX.
  • Domain Knowledge in real estate
  • Should be able to lead client workshop sessions as a design authority to drive and sign off requirements.
  • The associate must be an experienced SAP implementation consultant with demonstrable capability to deliver a SAP Real Estate solution
  • Should be able to proactively work with data migration lead as the functional expert.
  • Should be able to work closely with client teams and project manager to achieve project results.
  • Accountable for the solutions designed by the team
  • Has been in a lead role in 2+ large, full lifecycle SAP implementation programs (one S/4 program beneficial)
  • Able to translate business requirements into functional design blueprint that outlines solutions to cater complex business objectives.
  • Cooperate with the functional Solution Architects in driving new or changed solutions that provide business value
  • Oversee Project Delivery and ensure project does follow Client Standards
  • Ensure that Change Management and Configuration Management procedures are followed
  • Able to articulate complex business and technology ideas in a compelling manner
  • Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
