Job Title: Senior SAP PM Consultant

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to support implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments and a strong understanding of maintenance processes and cross-functional integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP PM solutions.
- Manage maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance processes.
- Configure asset master data, maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with MM, FI/CO, PS, and HR teams for seamless process integration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM solutions.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP PM implementation and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, PS, and HR modules.
- Understanding of maintenance cost control, asset lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Experience across full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP PM Certification.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
