Job Role: Senior SAP PLM Consultant

Job Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH Option Available)

Experience: 10+ Years of Experience in SAP PLM

Notice Period: 30 days

Responsibilities :-

- Implement & Support SAP PLM solutions for large multinational clients across various industries

- Subject matter expert in product development business process

- Implement specification management, Recipe development, Hand over to Manufacturing, Labelling solutions for process industries.

- Implement interfaces from PLM to SAP & non-SAP solutions

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical team for implementation.

- Project planning and implementation of solutions for customer productive environments

- Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workaround and functional implementation guidance

- Analyze the business needs of our clients to define process, functional and data element requirements.

- Consult clients and provide guidance for best-in-class solution

- Develop and manage testing activities for PLM business processes

- Identify and document best practices of completed projects

- Manage project schedules, change control and change requests

- Manage a team and design and implement skill upgrade programs for the team.

Requirements :-

- 10 + years in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products

- Expert in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products

- Knowledge of SAP IPD Cloud & BTP services is additional advantage

- Understanding of Discrete PLM solution is a plus

Qualification and skills :-

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/ Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or master's in management / food science / life science etc.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

- Strong interest and aptitude in technology

- Strong analytical, process-oriented skills and ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and global environment.

- Ability to work across multiple international time zones with offshore teams as needed
