Why this role exists:
The Senior SAP OM/TM Functional Analyst designs, configures, and supports SAP order management, logistics, fulfillment, and transportation solutions to ensure efficient and reliable delivery operations. This role maintains high-quality logistics execution and carrier integration, acting as a domain lead to translate business requirements into technical reality.

In this role you will:
Fulfillment & Logistics Delivery:
- Design and configure SAP order management, logistics and transportation modules to meet business needs.
- Own logistics execution and manage carrier integration to ensure seamless delivery flows.
- Partner with the business on requirements gathering and process design for fulfillment operations.
- Execute testing and validation for new configurations to ensure high-quality release outcomes.
- Ensure on-time delivery and optimal logistics system performance.
Governance, Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all requirements and documentation comply with established governance and security standards.
- Integrate compliance requirements into business practices and planning processes.
- Ensure documentation and vendor engagement complies with applicable laws and policies.
- Accountable for a safe site by implementing safe work practices and reporting site hazards.
Technical Accountability & Performance:
- Solve a mix of known and complex functional issues within the logistics landscape.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy for requirements and configuration first-pass acceptance.
- Achieve key performance indicators aligned to the overall business strategy.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability for solution quality and performance results.

- Internal Delivery Teams: Process Analysts and SAP Functional Analysts (FI, MM, SD).
- Internal Partners: Logistics and Fulfilment Teams, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support Analysts.
- External Partners: SAP and Logistics Technology Vendors.
What success looks like:
- Configuration Quality: Maintaining a configuration defect rate 5 per release and requirements accuracy > 90%.
- Operational Efficiency: Achieving a change cycle time 10 days and delivery timeliness > 90%.
- Compliance Integrity: Ensuring process coverage 95% and zero high-risk compliance findings.
- Business Impact: Driving high stakeholder satisfaction (> 85%) and change adoption rates (> 98%).

Qualifications and work experience:
Essential:
- Education: Degree in I.T., Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of SAP OM/TM experience.
- Specialist Skills: Expert knowledge in logistics systems and integration.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute and lead within a domain.
- Technology Proficiency: SAP OM/TM, carrier integrations, Signavio, Jira, and SAP Cloud ALM.
