Job Description:
- Experience should be: 10-14 Years
- 7+ years of experience in SAP development and integration engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, development, and support).
- Must-have: SAP PI/PO, ABAP (IDocs, RFC, BAPI), integration architecture, leadership experience
- Strong expertise in ABAP development and SAP extension frameworks:
- Enhancements, User Exits
- Proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end enterprise integration solutions.
- 5+ years in a technical leadership / lead engineer role (mentoring engineers, driving design decisions, enforcing standards).
- Experience with production support environments, including:
- Incident management
- Root cause analysis
- Performance optimization
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments
