Senior SAP IBP/ EWM Functional Consultant

Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad [Consultant should be willing to work from any of these 3 locations]

Role Summary

We are hiring an SAP IBP/EWM Functional Consultant to provide SAP S/4 HANA Implementation & post-go-live Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP IBP & EWM processes.

Resolve incidents related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Vendor Master, and Procurement processes.

Support business users in day-to-day procurement operations.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

Support change requests, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.

Coordinate with technical teams for interface and custom development issues.

Ensure SLA compliance and maintain support documentation.

Participate in rotational shifts supporting global users.

Required Skills

6+ years of SAP IBP & EWM functional experience.

Strong knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Master.

Experience supporting SAP Ariba-related procurement processes is desirable.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA AMS or Production Support.

Good understanding of integration with Finance and Supply Chain processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Experience supporting global procurement operations.
