Job Description (JD) for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with 10- 13 years of experience, focused on portal testing, configuration changes, user support, and incident management.

• Job Title: Senior SAP HCM Consultant – Support & Configuration
• Experience: 10 to13 Years
• Module: SAP HCM / HR
• Role Type: Application Support, Configuration & Testing
• Role Summary: Looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to manage SAP HCM application support, configuration changes, portal testing, incident management, and business-user support. The consultant will work closely with Client HR counterpart , business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders depending on the requirement.
• Key Responsibilities : Provide required and expected support for all SAP HCM processes and relevant integrated HR applications. Manage incidents according to priority levels. Conduct SAP HCM portal testing, including Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing. Support UAT. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test results while supporting Portal Changes. Coordinate with technical teams for defects and integration issues. Maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles. Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and other application teams. Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
• SAP HCM Skills : Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/HR processes and configuration. Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Time Management (TM), CATS. Knowledge of ESS/MSS or SAP HR portal processes, Neptune and Fiori. Experience with SAP HCM integrations and interfaces. Understanding of HR master data and business processes. Experience with transport/change management.
• Required Professional Skills : Strong experience in production support and incident management. Hands-on experience in configuration and change requests. Strong experience in portal/application testing. Ability to independently manage critical/high-priority incidents. Good and supportive understanding along with communication and effective coordination with teams and client .
