Job Description

The SAP GTS Consultant will act as an end-to-end (E2E) responsible consultant for all Global Trade Services (GTS) topics, including Compliance Management, Customs, and Trade Preferences. The role involves providing state-of-the-art solutions and services, implementing SAP GTS modules, managing master data, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP GTS implementation and configuration across all modules/process areas: Customs Management, Trade Compliance, and Preferences.
Manage master data setup for GTS Product Classification (ECCN/HSN), Business Partners, Customs, and Duty rates.
Handle external datasets and master data from sources such as Descartes and Dow Jones.
Configure middleware solutions like Seeburger for data exchange and XML/IDoc configurations.
Ensure SAP GTS integration with feeder systems, both SAP and non-SAP.
Provide expertise on functional specifications in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, OTC, P2O, and SAP GTS environments (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, etc.).
Conduct analysis of complex functional requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for SAP GTS-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with S/4HANA modules including SD, MM, FI, and optionally TM.
Document solutions, configurations, and processes as required.

Must-Have Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP GTS Consultant, focusing on GTS implementation and integration projects.
Experience with SAP GTS modules: Customs Management, Trade Compliance, and Trade Preferences.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, including integration with SD, MM, and FI.
Expertise in master data management and external datasets.
Functional expertise in SAP GTS, including configuration, reporting, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Knowledge of middleware solutions like Seeburger for data exchange.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience with SAP GTS E4H conversion projects.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP.
