Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant

Required Skills Qualifications:

· 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in leading

SAP FICO implementations and optimizations.

· Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable

(AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

· Proven experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, from blueprinting through

to deployment and post-go-live support.

· Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.

· Strong SAP FICO configuration skills and experience with integration between SAP

FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).

· Experience with data migration, user training, and testing (including UAT).

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills related to SAP FICO

issues.

· Experience in leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants.

· Experience on the custom enhancement

· Project documentation

· Highly competent in the FICO module of SAP S/4 HANA

· Dynamic, result oriented Team Player with intensive SAP

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and

expectations.

· In-depth understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls related to SAP FICO

processes.
