Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (Immediate Joiner)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Consultant for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both FI and CO modules, with hands-on configuration expertise and availability for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA) modules.
- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and controlling processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Work on integration with SAP SD, MM, and other modules.
- Support financial closing activities including month-end and year-end closing.
- Handle cost allocations, profitability analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Provide production support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing.
- Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of SAP FICO.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP SD and MM modules.
- Experience in financial reporting and controlling processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
