Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, support, enhancements, and business process optimization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful SAP FICO deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs.
• Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
• Perform integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Experience in at least 2–4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in support and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Costing, and Reporting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or SAP Certification is an added advantage.
• SAP FICO Certification preferred.
