Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect to support enterprise integration, data readiness, analytics, and AI-enablement initiatives. This is a hands-on technical consulting role responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration and data solutions across Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current-state integrations, data architecture, and data management capabilities and recommend future-state solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations between business applications, data platforms, and analytics environments.
• Build and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, semantic layers, and reusable data products.
• Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration solutions.
• Establish data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Enable trusted, governed data for reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI use cases.
• Connect data across SAP, Veeva, Salesforce, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial systems.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, solution design, hands-on delivery, and best-practice recommendations.
• Evaluate integration and data technologies and recommend sustainable operating models and implementation approaches.
• Support data literacy, documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities as needed.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integrations, data architecture, analytics, and data platform delivery.
• Deep expertise with enterprise integration technologies such as Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SAP HANA, data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience implementing governance, MDM, data quality, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
• Proven success integrating enterprise applications including SAP, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical Communications, and related life sciences platforms.
• Experience supporting commercial, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate data domains.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Ideal Background

• Life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or radiopharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience enabling AI-ready data foundations, advanced analytics, and self-service reporting environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
