Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and participate in all phases of SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

* Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.

* Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS) to meet specific business needs.

* Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.

* Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business users, and project managers.

* Mentor and guide junior SAP FICO consultants, fostering their professional growth.

* Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, tools, and industry best practices.

* Prepare detailed documentation for all project phases, configurations, and processes.

* Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and effort estimations.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

* Proven expertise in configuring and customizing key SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS).

* Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

* Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* SAP FICO certification(s) are highly desirable.

* Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a significant plus.

* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
