We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior SAP EHS Consultant with
10+ years of hands-on SAP EHS experience. The role requires deep functional expertise across
SDS (Safety Data Sheets), Dangerous Goods (DG), Global Label Management (GLM), Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), and strong experience with
WWI Server, phrase and label management, including
migration from WWI to alternative SAP-supported solutions. The consultant will play a key role in implementations, upgrades, and regulatory compliance initiatives in a global S4 HANA landscape.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP EHS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support across global environments.
- Design, configure, and support Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, including authoring, generation, and regulatory compliance.
- Configure and manage Dangerous Goods (DG) functionality for transportation and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and support Global Label Management (GLM), including label generation and compliance.
- Configure and maintain Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) to meet regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., REACH).
- Manage WWI Server configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Maintain and govern phrases, symbols, and label elements in line with global and local regulations.
- Lead and execute migration projects from WWI-based document generation to alternative SAP-supported products or solutions.
- Provide UAT support, end-user training, and functional documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for EHS regulatory changes and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP EHS functional experience.

- Substance Volume Tracking (SVT)
- WWI Server administration
- Phrase and label management
- Proven experience in migration from WWI to other SAP-supported or third-party document generation solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of global chemical and environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS, CLP).
- Experience working in global, multi-country regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
