Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting SAP CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, as well as strong integration experience with ECC/S4HANA and other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation and support activities including requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage CRM master data, business partner configuration, and organizational model setup.
  • Support CRM middleware integration with ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems.
  • Develop functional design documents for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for development, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure solution quality.
  • Provide user training and create detailed documentation for business and technical teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, BW, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 712 years of total SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP CRM Functional roles.
  • Expertise in SAP CRM modules Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM WebUI, Business Partner, Partner Functions, and Transaction Processing.
  • Experience with CRM Middleware, BDC, and data migration.
  • Integration knowledge with ECC/S4HANA, SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
  • Hands-on experience in Customizing and Enhancement Framework (BADI/BAPI/Enhancements).
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) or S/4HANA Customer Management is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP CRM Certification (optional but preferred).
  • Exposure to CRM UI development and Fiori apps.
  • Experience in leading small project teams or mentoring junior consultants.
