Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional rollout of Concur implementations, managing multi-country deployments by wave, phase, or cluster.
- Provide business acumen for external customers, understanding their challenges to configure the Concur system effectively and exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate the provision of Concur deployment-related design guidelines, templates, and questionnaires.
- Establish the functional design structure and review process for business process documents such as Blueprints or Global Templates.
- Run Global Fit-to-Best Practice workshops and country-based breakout sessions.
- Lead functional design finalization sessions for Concur modules and extended features.
- Participate in setup confirmation sessions for all Concur modules in scope.
- Document functional designs using Concur Design Workbooks (CDW) for all modules.
- Provide field-based functional input for the Integration Team to finalize technical designs for all interfaces to and from Concur.
- Lead operational Concur configuration build across all modules.
- Coordinate corporate credit card feed implementations, including population of forms, card connectivity, and card-related cut-over activities.
- Configure card feed setup and resolve configuration validation/product test issues.
- Consolidate and track all Concur functional SIT and UAT test results, including issue resolution and bug-fixing activities.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent (business administration or engineering degree preferred).
- Prior hands-on Concur configuration experience under unrestricted instance access.
- Strong functional and technical consulting skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple SAP Concur system implementations, meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, action-oriented mindset with significant project management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
