Job description:

  • Level 2, 3 support SAP Maintenance projects with SLA committed to the clients.
  • Design and configure C4C solutions, specifically focusing on Sales Cloud (Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Activity Management), Service Cloud (Ticket Management, Knowledge Base, Service Level Agreements), and FSM (Scheduling, Dispatching, Resource Management)
  • Identify gaps between standard C4C functionality and client needs, and propose solutions
  • Participate in the implementation of C4C solutions, including configuration, data migration, and integration testing.
  • Monitor systems, interfaces, batch jobs, RFCs, and integration channels.
  • Support hours: primarily 8x5. (If a customer has any major change, release or urgent issue, working out of service hours could be expected.)
  • Solve tickets/changes or customizing updates for the customer.
  • Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively.
  • Understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges.
  • Report to Project Manager/Project Leader.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor/master's degree in Computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP C4C consultant or in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects
  • Experience in in ABSL, BODL , RubyScript and SDK
  • Mandatory Languages: Professional level in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Understand and evaluate the business process as-is & to-be.
  • Strong functional knowledge of C4C modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of C4C with other systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BI, SAP SAC, FSM etc.) via CPI/BTP.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and job scheduling for Service ticket.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for Sales & Service business process.
  • Enable to translate the business process into the SAP system.
  • Enable to do configuration in SAP, Testing and providing training to users.
  • Proactive and flexible to work across time zones.
  • SAP C4C certification is a plus.
