Senior SAP BW / SAP HANA BI Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP BW / SAP HANA BI Developer to support a large retail customer environment. The role involves SAP BW development, data engineering, semantic/data modeling, production support, and SAP HANA-based reporting solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA and be capable of working independently in a support and enhancement model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP BW/HANA solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, reporting structures, and semantic layers.
• Develop and support BW objects including InfoProviders, InfoCubes, aDSOs, DSOs, InfoObjects, and CompositeProviders.
• Create and maintain BW Queries (BEx) and reporting solutions.
• Perform production support, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work with SAP HANA, SQL, and data integration components.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams across SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
