Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP BRIM FI-CA Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions with a strong focus on Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA). The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise in billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale SAP BRIM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM FI-CA implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FI-CA based on business requirements.
- Implement Contract Accounts, Business Partner, Contract Account, and Payment configurations.
- Configure and support:
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Collections
- Dunning
- Returns
- Refunds
- Write-offs
- Clearing
- Correspondence
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Integrate FI-CA with SAP BRIM components including:
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP CRM
- SAP FICO
- SAP SD
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
- Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to project teams.
- Participate in SAP Activate/Agile delivery methodology.

- Experience with BRIM solution architecture and end-to-end subscription billing processes.
- Expertise in SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and working closely with ABAP teams.
- Good understanding of IDocs, APIs, interfaces, ALE/EDI, and integration scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations.
- Exposure to SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Telecom, Utilities, Media, or Subscription Billing domain experience.
- SAP BRIM or SAP FI-CA Certification is highly preferred.
