We are seeking 15+ years of experienced Global SAP Basis Lead to oversee SAP technical operations, platform strategy, and governance across SAP ECC, S/4HANA AMS, and S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Solution Manager, and ChaRM, with proven experience leading global SAP landscapes and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Basis operations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, ensuring platform availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage SAP landscape administration, including installations, upgrades, kernel patches, system copies, refreshes, Unicode conversions, and performance optimization across DEV, QAS, PRE-PROD, and PROD environments.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, operating system, database, and cloud teams to ensure high availability, capacity planning, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Provide technical leadership for S/4HANA implementation, migration, conversion, rollout, cutover planning, and Hypercare support.
- Administer SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including cloud connectivity, integrations, transport governance, and platform management.
- Own SAP Solution Manager administration, including Technical Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, EarlyWatch Alerts, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Govern SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) and transport management to ensure controlled, compliant, and auditable release processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of SAP Basis administration experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP ChaRM.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and hybrid/cloud landscapes.
