Role Summary
The L3 consultant responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support across enterprise platforms such as SAP Basis. The role focuses on daily operations, SLA adherence, quality assurance, escalation management, and continuous service improvement while working closely with delivery and customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable customer administrative support to ensure smooth system operations.
- Actively monitor systems, processes, and services to maintain stability and performance.
- Accountable for SLA compliance and quality of delivered services.
- Prepare and deliver SLA reports, including compliance tracking and breach analysis.
- Ensure services meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.
- Provide active support during escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Participate in planning and execution of critical activities, including maintenance windows and major changes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills in high-pressure or critical situations.
- Support capacity management of resources to ensure service continuity.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to identify gaps and areas for operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
