The Opportunity

The mission of the Senior SAP Basis Business Analyst is to ensure the stability, performance, security, and scalability of SAP landscapes, particularly focusing on S/4HANA environments. This is achieved by providing expert technical leadership in the design, installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP systems. The Senior SAP Basis Consultant proactivelyidentifiesand resolves technical issues, supports system upgrades and migrations, ensures compliance with best practices and security standards, and enables seamless integration with business processes. By doing so, they empower ADB SAFEGATE to maximize the value, reliability, and efficiency of our SAP investments.

What Will You Do

• Design and implement optimizations of the ADB SAFEGATE SAP system landscape architecture and client strategies.You'llbe pivotal in extending, upgrading, andmaintainingthe stack of internal SAP systems weleverageto develop innovations for the ADBSG Business Lines.

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of ADBSG SAP environments (S4 Private Cloud Edition, SuccessFactors, Concur, CPQ, C4C, FSM, CPI, IAS/IPS, SAP BTP Integration Suite).

• Plan and lead SAP S/4HANA system upgrades and yearly refreshes together with the other systems (SuccessFactors, Concur, CPQ, C4C, FSM, CPI, IAS/IPS). Objective: ensure minimal downtime (SAP systemsareusedin alltime-zones) and maximum system efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the upgrades, migration projects, and in daily operations. You are expected to work constructively with your peers (internal ADB SAFEGATE Business Applications consultants and IT Infrastructure experts, and 3rd party consultants) and to have a customer-oriented attitude.

• Raise ServiceRequests toSAP support.

• Ensure system performance, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Manage system monitoring, doperformance tuning, and optimization to enhance the overall SAP system functionality.

• Maintain system security and compliance standards.

• Coordinate and control the Basis team of the SAP AMS partner.

• Develop andmaintaindocumentation related to SAP Basis activities, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members.

• Manage user administration, authorizations
• Keep yourself updated on the latest SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions tooptimizeSAP landscape.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• 7+ years of SAP Basisexperience with atleast 2 years on SAP S/4HANA, with focus on s/4hana upgrades and refreshes
• 3+ years Support SAP Business Technology Platform Administrationmanaging Global Accounts, Subaccounts, and configuration of entitlements. and Analytics cloud solutions integration with security Identity management scenarios.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience inworking withSAP CALMsystem administration and monitoring.
• Prioritization:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Promoting cooperation across different teams and departments.
