Job Overview  

We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Administrator with 6–8 years of experience to manage and support SAP landscapes. This role involves working on critical systems, supporting ongoing operations, and contributing to system improvements and project implementations.

Key Responsibilities  

- Maintain and support SAP environments on Linux & Windows platforms  

- Administer SAP systems: BW, ECC, CRM, SRM, PI/PO, Gateway, Solution Manager, Portal  

- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management  

- Execute system upgrades, patching, and SAP security note implementation  

- Support SAP NetWeaver & Web Dispatcher administration  

- Handle SAP Content Server installation, upgrade, and maintenance  

- Work on integrations using PI/PO and ABAP backend systems (Proxy)  

As SAP Basis Consultant you have the following competences:

• Higher Professional Education (HBO) level of thinking

• Technical training at HBO or university level (pre)

• At least 6 to 8 years working experience on the SAP platform

• Technical knowledge on the SAP Modules for BW, ECC, CRM, SRM, PI/PO, Gateway, Solution Manager and Portal

• Technical knowledge on Integrations with PI/PO

• Good knowledge on Linux systems with Apache Proxy configurations

• Knowledge on Data Encryption/Decryption tools

• Expertise on SAP Content Server installation, upgrade and support

• Consulting experience on one or more functional SAP components

• Good knowledge/experience on Azure Cloud Platform

• A good command of the English language (orally and in writing)

• Strong in identifying problems and devising solutions

• Being able to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment

• Strong affinity with Microsoft and SAP products

• A customer-oriented, proactive and pragmatic attitude

• Experience with implementations, migrations and support projects

• Experience with different SAP Technical protocols

• Experience with Solution Manager

• Some experience with integration between ABAP Back-end systems (including Proxy)

• Experience with Support and Operations

• Good social and communication skills

• Demonstrable SAP Basis experience
