Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in procurement processes, SAP Ariba modules, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, deliver solutions, and support procurement transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Supplier Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure procurement workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and supplier management functionalities.
- Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA through Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Conduct user training sessions and support end users during project rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
- Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management.
- Experience with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and Ariba Network.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG integration.
- Understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration concepts.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
- Experience working in implementation or rollout projects.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management processes.
