Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ADM Manager with strong expertise in SAP operations and ticket resolution. This is not a technical development role, but rather an operational position focused on managing SAP tickets, ensuring smooth system operations, and collaborating with business and technical teams to resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP ticket resolution process, ensuring timely and effective closure of issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational SAP support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track, prioritize, and resolve SAP-related incidents.
- Monitor and maintain SAP system performance and operational stability.
- Ensure compliance with established SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to management.
- Support audits and documentation related to SAP operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP operations and ticket management.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and incident management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in a managerial/lead operational role within SAP environments.
