Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Develop and enhance ABAP programs within SAP HCM for HR Online Ticketing and Time/Absence workflows
Build and maintain integrations between SAP HCM and third-party systems
Design and enhance ABAP-BSP components for HR self-service applications
Implement and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces for HR data exchange

Functional Collaboration

Work closely with PA/OM and Time Management teams to gather and analyze requirements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
Support data validation, debugging, and logic correction related to Time & Absence processes

Support & Maintenance

Perform incident analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution
Provide ongoing support for ticketing systems and enhancements
Ensure stability and performance of HR Online Ticketing and Time Tracking systems

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HCM
Strong expertise in ABAP programming
Hands-on experience with ABAP-BSP development
Experience in SAP IDoc processing and integrations
Knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management)
Functional understanding of Time & Absence Management
Familiarity with employee master data and organizational structures
