We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ABAP development, providing technical expertise and support for our SAP applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs and reports according to the business requirements.
• Enhance and modify existing SAP applications to meet changing business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and efficiency.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and development tools.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HR.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA and Fiori development is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP data dictionary and database concepts.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in ABAP.
• Experience in using debugging tools and techniques in SAP.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
