About the Role

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer on behalf of our client in Remote (India). This role involves supporting enterprise-level SAP financial systems within a complex and high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP development within the FI module and hands-on experience with modern SAP technologies used for integrations and financial data processing.

This position requires a developer who can design, build, and optimize SAP solutions that support critical financial operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs within the FI module
• Design and implement OData services to support SAP integrations
• Build and optimize CDS Views for enhanced reporting and system performance
• Develop posting programs through AIF to support financial data processing workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Vertex Tax Engine
• Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments
• Familiarity with financial integrations and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong expertise working with the SAP FI module
• Hands-on experience with OData services
• Experience developing and optimizing CDS Views
• Experience writing posting programs through AIF
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP financial integrations
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards
