Guide customers, partners, and implementation teams on digital transformation using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Industries.
Lead customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges with customers and third-party partners.
Establish technical governance standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and integration security.
Identify and lead risk areas proactively, seeing issues through to resolution.
14+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
5+ years of experience in client-facing projects in system development and business consulting.
Expertise in one or more of the following Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio (Must have).
Experience with Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Mortgage/Loan Management domains (Must have).
Integration Architecture to conceptualize end-to-end integration projects with knowledge of authentication mechanisms.
Experience in REST & SOAP APIs and understanding of Governor Limits in integrations.
