Required Qualificat
ions:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related f
ield.● Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Service C
loud.● Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator are highly desir
able.● Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and
SOSL.● Extended hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially service cloud voice and Amazon Connect Center is requ
ired.● Experience Cloud and AgentForce are highly desir
able.● Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration t
ools.● Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintain
able.● Familiarity with Agile development methodolo
gies.● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environ

ties: ● Implement and maintain Service Cloud features such as Service Console, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect Center, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Know
ledge.● Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company
goals.● Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Perform data modeling, integration, and both automated and manual data migra
tions.● Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other technologies to build robust applica
tions.● Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applica
tions.● Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other automation
tools.● Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce applica
tions.● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sales
force.● Provide guidance and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other sy
stems.● Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ongoing develo
