Responsibilities
- Participate in solution design,Development, Testing, Deployment, Support, and maintenance
- Customize page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports
- Implement automation using:
- Flows (Flow Builder)
- ProcessBuilder (legacy support)
- ApprovalProcesses
- Data management and security:
- Handle data migration, data quality, and data integrity
- Implementrole hierarchies, profiles,permission sets, and sharing rules
- Ensure compliance with data securityand governance standards
- Testing and Deployment effectiveness:
- Developunit tests and ensure high code coverage
- Conduct system testing,UAT support, and defect resolution
- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with customerand onsite/offshore team to do thorough impactanalysis and to provide solutions accordingly
- Good analytical and communication skill to Collaborate with Client and offshore team
Must Have
