Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, specifically using Selenium. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, QA methodologies, and automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing across Salesforce modules.
- Develop and enhance Selenium-based test automation frameworks for Salesforce components.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
- Identify defects, log issues in Jira (or similar tools), and track them through resolution.
- Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) as needed for Salesforce integrations.
- Ensure compliance with QA processes, best practices, and documentation standards.
- Provide detailed test reports, coverage metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance for web or cloud applications.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit).
- Good exposure to manual QA testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Experience with Salesforce configurations, workflows, validations, and custom objects.
- Proficiency in testing APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (QA Specialist, Admin, or Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC testing.
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber) is an advantage.
