With 600+ consultants across Payer, Provider, MedTech, and Life Sciences practices, and backed by our parent company CitiusTech (8,500+ HLS specialists), we don't dabble in healthcare - it's all we do. We're building an AI-augmented pre-sales function and need someone who wants to lead from the front.

What You'll Do

  • Own the technical win on complex, high-value HLS Salesforce opportunities - discovery, solution design, system landscape, estimates, RFP responses, and executive presentations
  • Run Hubbl Org Intelligence scans in early discovery to deliver instant, data-backed LOE assessments and tech debt analysis
  • Build and deliver compelling demos and POCs leveraging Agentforce, Data 360, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and various other Salesforce Products tailored to HLS buyer pain points
  • Drive the RFP response strategy — from win theme development to written differentiation and oral presentation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Practice Leads to develop vertical-specific solution plays for Payer, Provider, MedTech, and Life Sciences
  • Mentor and guide the Solution Engineering team; raise the bar on pre-sales standards across the team
  • Maintain and evolve our Capability Deck vault, demo environments, and accelerator library
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate proposal creation - while infusing HLS domain specificity that generic AI cannot produce

What We're Looking For

10+ years of IT consulting / Salesforce experience, with 3+ years specifically in pre-sales solution architecture

  • Deep HLS domain knowledge - you can speak fluently about prior authorization, care coordination, clinical trials, or medical device compliance without notes
  • At least two architect certifications required; additional certifications (Data 360, Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud) strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs against multi-vendor shortlists
  • Strong executive communication skills - you're comfortable presenting to a CIO or CMO solo
