wWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce OMS Consultant to lead and support Order Management implementations for a US-based retail client. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce OMS solutions to handle complex omnichannel order lifecycles and integrations
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esLead the design and implementation of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solution
- s.Configure order lifecycles including order capture, fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and refund
- s.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solution
- s.Design and manage order routing, orchestration, and fulfillment rules for omnichannel retail scenario
- s.Integrate Salesforce OMS with external systems such as ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and logistics provider
- s.Customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components where require
