About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in SFMC development, automation, integrations, and customer journey implementation.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and email personalization, along with strong experience building scalable marketing automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder
- Develop automation workflows using Automation Studio
- Create and optimize Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and data flows
- Develop responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Build landing pages and personalized customer experiences
- Write and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and reporting
- Integrate SFMC with external platforms using REST and SOAP APIs
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Support IP warming and Sender Authentication Package (SAP) configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Maintain platform health and follow email marketing best practices
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of IT development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Mobile Studio
- Data Extensions
- Strong AMPscript experience
- Strong SQL skills for segmentation and data management
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SSJS
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing best practices
- Experience with audience segmentation and customer journeys
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud integrations
- Exposure to Python or Apex
