Job Title: Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Developer
About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Developer who can lead the end-to-end development and optimization of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong expertise across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations, along with the ability to design scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL/SOSL
- Build and optimize Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, CPQ, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards)
- Develop Lightning components and applications using Lightning App Builder & Design System
- Configure Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Approval Workflows
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and connectors (ODATA, etc.)
- Implement data security models, sharing rules, and access controls
- Work on Pardot (Marketing Automation) and Salesforce Einstein (AI insights) (Good to Have)
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
- Perform code reviews, technical documentation, and mentor junior developers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura & Visualforce
- JavaScript
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with:
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of:
- Governor Limits
- Data Modeling
- ETL tools
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Einstein Analytics & Discovery Consultant (Good to Have)
- Salesforce AI Certification (Good to Have)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of data privacy & marketing automation best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create technical and functional documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud)
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein / AI capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce connectors (ODATA, external systems)
