Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer (FSL). The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lighting solutions tailored to business needs. Daily tasks include analyzing business requirements, creating technical solutions, debugging, and ensuring system integration. The role also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and providing clear documentation for all developments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) setup, configuration, and customization, including optimization of workflows.
- Strong skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with integration tools like Mulesoft or other middleware solutions for seamless data transfer between systems.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, Salesforce platform capabilities, and data modeling.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills to address and resolve coding and configuration challenges.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while managing remote tasks independently.
- Salesforce certifications such as Field Service Consultant or Platform Developer I/II are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in project management tools is an asset.
