Senior Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud (Contract to Hire)
Location : Mumbai/Bengaluru (Hybrid 10days office in a month )
Job Type : Contract 2 hire
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Conversion to Full-Time based on performance – no additional cost)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Experience Cloud to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance community solutions.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in LWC, LWR, Apex, and Experience Cloud architecture, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment (preferably with US stakeholders).
Key Responsibilities
Experience Cloud Development
- Design, develop, and customize Experience Cloud (Community) sites
- Build reusable components using LWC (Lightning Web Components) and LWR (Lightning Web Runtime)
- Customize themes, templates, and branding
Architecture & System Design
- Define scalable architecture for community platforms
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and maintainability
Integration
- Develop integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Connect Salesforce with external systems (CMS, legacy apps, third-party tools)
Security & Configuration
- Configure sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Implement secure authentication and data access strategies
DevOps & Deployment
- Work with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code
- Collaborate with DevOps and support teams for deployments
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps)
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
Required Technical Skills
- Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Core Skills: Apex, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Frontend: Strong hands-on with LWC (must-have)
- Experience Cloud:Template customization (Build Your Own, Partner Central)
- CMS integration
- Custom domain & branding
- Tools: VS Code, GitHub, Salesforce CLI
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs
Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe Forms integration
- Exposure to LWR-based Experience Cloud sites
- Experience working with US clients / onsite stakeholders
Certifications (Preferred / Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)
