Job Responsibilities
The Senior Salesforce Engineer / Technical Lead provides advanced hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce platform delivery across Syneos Health's Service Cloud, Health Cloud, REMS, Engagement Center, and related platform capabilities. This role leads the design, development, configuration, testing, and support of Salesforce solutions that are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Syneos enterprise architecture and regulated delivery standards.
The role serves as the day-to-day technical lead for Salesforce engineering work, partnering with architecture, business stakeholders, QA, validation, security, operations, and platform support teams. A key responsibility is helping establish sustainable internal Salesforce engineering practices, including technical standards, code review expectations, production support procedures, documentation practices, and knowledge continuity across the Salesforce platform.
This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2- 3 days a week in either our Belgrade, Serbia or Hyderabad, India office space.
